Big property, golf carts driving around for transportation. Beach is nice, no rocks, may be vawes, beach towels with a card for regular guests, platinum - no towel cards. No beach service but bars are around.
Platinum upgrade price depends on hiw many days you are staying - 45-70$pp/pn.

- 2 extra restaurants ( reservation required)
- a la cart breakfast and lunch restaurant by the beach

- Small Bottle of rum, whiskey and vodka in a room
- Supposed to be robes and sleepers , and a beach bag ( we didn't get it)
- Access to family club facilities
- Nespresso coffee machine in a room
Food - is ok. Good selection for the price, delicious fruits. Restaurants reservation required and should be done before 3pm
Very cute outdoor cafe with coffee drinks and deserts, crepes and waffles
Big casino on the area, night club
Family club - has beautiful swim out rooms, nice water park for kids 2-10 y.o. located far from the beach.
There is also kids splash area by the beach as well.
Rooms are all suites with showers and tubs. No blankets on beds, just thin linen. Nice balcony.
Evening entertainment is nice.
Area is very green, with some mangroves and bridges, a lot of different birds.
Room service was good and quick.
A lot of vendors on a beach which is disturbing. Also personal all the time trries to invite to a timeshare presentation.
24 hour pub with food and drinks. Plenty of restaurants to choose from.
Spa is very affordable and nice, has sauna and hydrotherapy in a nice garden
In general I really like this resort, and even my spoiled husband did. The only complaint - no blankets.
Service was very good as well everywhere.
Entertainment was fun, lots of dancing in the evening, fun pub.

The Beachview Inn Clearwater Beach

 Natalia:     Review from personal experience.Hotel has perfect location.Its in middle of everything.Hotel is really old.Staff were telling me that building would be tearing down soon but it’s still working.Rooms are dated mold in shover table and chairs couch look really old and scratchy.but sheets are super clean and staff are friendly always happy to help.Breakfast included in price and it’s pretty good but not big variety.View from balcony is just perfect if you have ocean front.Elevator wasn’t working really often.Pool is small but clean.Not a lot of lounges.Small shampoos and conditioners included but if its not enough ask front desk and everything will be provided.also there is couple chairs and umbrella at front desk.But its first come first serve.I would not recommend to sell it unless customers want it.parking was 18$ and right at the property.
